The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Management, or Statistics, with additional certifications or coursework in data analytics and reporting tools. Prior successful work experience in data analytics and reporting is also essential.
The salary for this position is approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Nestlé Operational Services Worldwide SA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours, opportunities for career development, and a chance to work with different teams in an agile and diverse context.
A key aspect of this role is ensuring effective Portfolio and R&D Resource Management through high-quality data management, analytics, and reporting. The successful candidate will engage with R&D functions to ensure up-to-date R&D project information for analysis and governance. Additionally, they will produce and analyze standard and ad-hoc reports for the I&R Portfolio, the R&D and Business Teams.
This role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and prioritization skills, as well as a can-do attitude with a continuous improvement mindset. Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerBI and Excel, as well as other collaborative tools (Teams & SharePoint), is necessary. Fluency in English is also required.
