As an Investor Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining relationships with the company's investors, shareholders, and financial analysts. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely information to investors and top management, analyze market trends, and assist in the development and execution of investor relations strategies.

Don’t miss the opportunity to join us and work with different teams in an agile and diverse context. A Day in the Life of an Investor Relations ManagerAnalyze and understand Nestlé's operations and trading performance, financial results, reporting and sustainability initiativesAssist in the preparation of quarterly and annual earnings releases, as well as other investor-related materials linked to the Group’s strategic narrative and investment caseConduct in-depth analysis of financial data, market trends, and competitor performance to provide insights and recommendations to managementCoordinate and support investor meetings, conference calls, and eventsDevelop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with investors and financial analystsRespond to investor inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulatory requirementsStay updated on relevant industry regulations, disclosure requirements, and best practices in investor relationsSupport the Investor Relations team in various ad-hoc projects and initiativesWhat will make you successfulMaster’s degree in Finance/ Accounting or Business Administration/ Economics Demonstrable experience as an Investor Relations Manager within a Global company is essentialExposure to Strategic Finance roles (Controlling, FP&A)Excellent Financial communication skillsUique combination of strong communication and analytical skillsFMCG company experience is highly desirableProficient in the English language (preferably native speaker)
