- Leader mondial dans le marché porteur de la transformation et de la modernisation des centrales hydroéléctriques - énergie naturelle et renouvelable, nous offrons à nos quelque 250 collaborateurs répartis sur nos sites de Kriens et Vevey, des postes permettant de relever un nouveau challenge grâce notamment à nos produits de haute qualité.

Pour notre département Supply Chain Export, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Buyer à 80%.

Votre mission:

- Gérer les achats de Projets, de la demande d'achat jusqu'à la livraison
- Participer au Kick-Off Meeting et établir le schéma d'approvisionnement
- Gérer les demandes de prix pour les équipements mécaniques et électriques
- Négocier avec les fournisseurs les meilleurs prix et délais tout en garantissant une haute qualité
- Etablir les comparaisons de prix selon les requis techniques, commerciaux et contractuels
- Sélectionner les fournisseurs en prenant en compte le Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
- Créer les commandes dans SAP et contrôler les accusés de réception
- Suivre l'exécution des commandes chez le fournisseur
- Mettre à jour les données de commande et d'articles dans SAP
- S'assurer de la livraison du matériel et de la documentation Qualité et Commerciale
- Vérifier et valider les factures fournisseurs
- Administrer les Non-Conformités Fournisseurs
- Gérer et consolider les relations avec nos fournisseurs et évaluer leurs performances
- Identifier et développer les compétences de nouveaux fournisseurs

Votre profil:

- Formation technique complétée par un diplôme dans le domaine des achats ou formation en achats avec un fort intérêt pour la technique
- Plusieurs années d'expérience dans l'environnement industriel des machines tournantes ( composants mécaniques et/ou électriques)
- Connaissances des marchés à l'international
- Organisé, flexible et proactif
- Fortes aptitudes de négociation
- Gestion efficace des priorités et de prise de décision
- Compétences affirmées en communication interne et externe
- La pratique du français et de l'anglais sont indispensables pour la réussite de votre mission, celle de l'allemand ou de l'italien est un réel atout
