The company

Le Grand Hôtel du Lac offre le cadre idéal pour des occasions hors du commun. Pour des séminaires et réunions professionnelles ainsi que pour des banquets somptueux. Les salles de banquet comprennent La Salle Viennoise, classé aux monuments historiques, et trois autres salons polyvalents pour des événements pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 200 personnes. Nous proposons un service personnalisé à notre clientèle, avant, pendant et après son séjour.

Job description

Nous proposons un stage enrichissant de 6 mois aux fonctions suivantes:

- Sous la supervision du Events manager, la gestion de Projets Events, relation clients et gestion de dossier en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles sur place
- Optimisation des demandes de disponibilités et concrétisation des ventes en restauration, séminaires et logement entre autres
- Suivi interne du parfait déroulement de l'évènement
- Facturation et suivi auprès de nos clients
- diverses tâches administratives (traductions, menus,..)
- autres projets Ventes & Marketing

Profile description
- Maitrise du Français et de l'Anglais obligatoire, l'Allemand un véritable +
- Maitrise des logiciels Office / Fidelio V8
- Capacité d'autonomie et bonne gestion du stress et proactivité, soif d'apprendre
