**_Position Summary_**
- As IBS Communications Business Partner you will create and implement a holistic communication and engagement strategy with a focus on Integrated Business Services activities, providing employees with a sense of purpose and belonging. In this role you will also reinforce a culture of dialogue and transparent communication approach within the organization encouraging active employee engagement, and work closely with the Global Business Services communications team, the Head of Integrated Business Services and IBS HR._

**_A Day in the Life of the IBS Communications Business Partner:_**
- _Participate as a member of the Integrated Business Services (IBS) Leadership Team, developing and delivering a communication programme that supports the IBS strategy_
- _Lead the conception and production of global internal communications strategies, plans, materials, events, toolkits and guidance that support the IBS Strategy_
- _Support the IBS Head and leadership team in preparing communication material to market new services and provide updates on strategy, progress and achievements to Nestlé senior management_
- _Provide communication support for organizational change activities, ensuring relevancy and consistency of messages (e.g., change management projects, organizational changes, etc.)_
- _Manage external and internal issues that may affect employees, anticipating, monitoring and ensuring senior management awareness_
- _Lead a team of communications leads in each shared services center, influencing and coaching on local communication strategies and plans to ensure consistency with the global IBS strategy, vision and brand_
- _Run global events and campaigns to connect employees to the business strategy, using a blend of media, virtual vs physical and global vs local activities to provide an immersive experience and maximise adoption_

**_What will make you successful?_**
- _Good level of English, with strong copywriting, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize and prioritize messages_
- _Experience in Digital communication, digital content creation and community management on social media is a plus_
- _Experienced at identifying and managing stakeholder expectations, able to present complex topics at senior management level _
- _Expertise in design, delivery and co-ordination of global events and campaigns_
- _Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to effectively run multiple complex projects simultaneously_
- _Exceptional interpersonal skills, hardworking, empathetic, socially and culturally aware_
- _Experience working in a matrix organization, in multi-disciplinary teams and cross-functional collaboration_
