Position Summary
As a People & Culture Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for leading employee-facing campaigns on key topics such as Employee Value Proposition, Diversity & Inclusion, and Employee Health and Wellbeing. You'll support the Global HR Function by communicating strategic priorities to internal and external audiences, driving engagement and creating an inclusive culture globally.

A Day in the Life of a People & Culture Communications Specialist

  1. Develop and execute internal communication strategies on key topics like Employee Health, Diversity and Inclusion, and Learning & Development.
  2. Support the team who work with Global Head of HR (Executive Board Member) in all communication aspects – both internal and external. This includes speech writing, support on presentations, webcasts, seminars and employee relations communications.
  3. Advise senior HR leaders on the development and execution of internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement.
  4. Create compelling content for intranet, newsletters, internal social media, and video scripts, ensuring consistency in messaging.
  5. Organize and coordinate HR webcasts and events to foster open communication and strengthen two-way communication across the organization.
  6. Implement innovative communication formats to enhance employee engagement and information sharing.

What will make you successful

  1. Considerable experience in (digital) communications, including executive communication, speech writing, scripts, and event management.
  2. Previous experience of working within HR and/or on HR topics.
  3. Passion for People and for the HR function.
  4. Strong writing and editing skills as well as content creation skills (including video production, image creation and editing).
  5. Proven project management and organizational skills.
  6. Strong understanding of Internal Communication channels including Poppulo, Sharepoint, Workplace and Viva Engage.
  7. Fluent in English, French is a plus.
