About the Role

As an Account Manager - Client Support Specialist at Verisign, you will play a critical role in driving outbound calling efforts to manage multiple lower-revenue accounts. Your primary focus will be to establish a point of contact, improve relationships, and grow the accounts' reliance and engagement with Verisign's products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive outbound communication activities to manage multiple lower-revenue accounts
  • Establish a point of contact and improve relationships with key decision-makers
  • Grow the accounts' reliance and engagement with Verisign's products
  • Team closely with marketing to support campaign enrollments and campaign engagement
  • Report back results and provide insights to improve sales success
  • Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email as the key point of contact for a list of named accounts
  • Successfully manage and overcome challenging topics
  • Research accounts to understand needs and enable effective follow-up
  • Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize account management and other sales and marketing processes
  • Disseminate intelligence to the channel team and educate Account Managers as necessary about the account
  • Build relationships and effectively communicate with Channel Team and cross-functional partner organizations to positively influence direction
  • Outreach to multiple accounts to explain marketing programs and support enrollment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Business or Technical Degree)
  • Two to three years of Customer Support or Account Management experience
