About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page Switzerland. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high-end clients in the luxury watch sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high-end clients.
  • Manage and coordinate projects related to client requests, including prototype development and production.
  • Analyze and negotiate project proposals with production teams and partners.
  • Negotiate prices and contract terms with clients.
  • Monitor market trends and anticipate future needs to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure administrative quality and compliance.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on market trends and project progress.
  • Represent the company at international events and trade shows.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in commerce, marketing, or business administration.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in selling high-end products.
  • Be fluent in French (C1) and English (C1). German or Italian is an asset.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be proficient in sales techniques and commercial strategies.
  • Be recognized for attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Be resilient and efficient during periods of high intensity.
  • Have a team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
