About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page Switzerland. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with high-end clients in the luxury watch sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high-end clients.
- Manage and coordinate projects related to client requests, including prototype development and production.
- Analyze and negotiate project proposals with production teams and partners.
- Negotiate prices and contract terms with clients.
- Monitor market trends and anticipate future needs to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure administrative quality and compliance.
- Provide regular updates to management on market trends and project progress.
- Represent the company at international events and trade shows.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in commerce, marketing, or business administration.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in high-end product sales.
- Be fluent in French (C1) and English (C1). German or Italian is an asset.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in sales techniques and commercial strategies.
- Be recognized for attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Be resilient and efficient during periods of high intensity.
- Have a team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
