About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing high-end clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing high-end clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise to drive growth and revenue.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Prototyping and Collaboration: Collaborate with international suppliers to develop prototypes and drive innovation.
  • Proposal and Negotiation: Analyze proposals and negotiate terms with production teams and partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Pricing and Contract Negotiation: Negotiate prices and contract terms with clients, ensuring fair and competitive agreements.
  • Market Analysis and Trend Forecasting: Analyze market trends and forecast future developments to inform business strategy and drive innovation.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project managers, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Market Intelligence and Reporting: Provide regular market updates and project status reports to senior management.
  • Event Representation: Represent the company at international events and trade shows.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French (C1) and English (C1), with German or Italian being an asset.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques and commercial strategies, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Resilience and Efficiency: Ability to work effectively under pressure, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
