About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing powerful brand experiences for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sponsoring
    • Develop and execute sponsorship strategies to foster brand awareness and attractiveness.
    • Collaborate with marketing, creative agencies, and sponsors to deliver sponsorship rights and deliverables.
    • Research and benchmark to craft new co-branded content strategies.
    • Negotiate new local and global sponsorship opportunities.
    • Report on sponsoring activations performance and impact on brand equity and awareness.
  • Brand Events and Tradeshows
    • Define and supervise the overall brand events calendar.
    • Organize key brand events in Switzerland and overseas to support business development.
    • Ensure brand presence is consistent and attractive globally across industry tradeshows.
    • Manage the entire event communication plan – before, during, and after.
    • Supervise events logistics with internal facilities and external providers.
    • Make sure all marketing collateral is always available for key events.
    • Survey sales teams and attendees satisfaction levels for all events.
  • Internal Events and Communication
    • Organize key internal staff events with up to 800 participants.
    • Supervise content updates and distribution on diverse channels.
    • Ensure excellent stakeholder management through various requests and demands.
    • Partner with the Employer Brand Manager and HR to ensure relevant information is always communicated internally in due time.
    • Responsible to manage content updates and distribution on digital signage, intranet, and email when necessary.
    • Work with marketing and creative agency to ensure physical signage is in line with brand identity.
  • Perks and Benefits
    • Partner with HR and Facilities to always improve and optimize employee perks and benefits packages.
    • Make sure employee perks and benefits are always well communicated internally.
    • Ensure that building lobby is always well furnished with brand brochures and magazines.
    • Propose and renew the goodies for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, or Communications.
  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on sponsoring and events gained in a premium brand. Experience in internal communications is a plus.
  • Bilingual in French and English – German being a plus.
  • Strong capability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing skills with an ability to transform information into engaging content.
  • Ability to learn-on-the-go and adapt into a fast-paced working environment.
  • Organizational and presentation skills are required to succeed in the position.
  • Available for up to 10% travel.
