About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing powerful brand experiences that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand equity, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Sales, and external agencies, to create engaging content and experiences.
- Manage a team of 2 to assist with sponsoring, brand events, internal communications, and perks & benefits.
- Research and benchmark to craft new co-branded content strategies and assess sponsorship opportunities.
- Report on marketing activations' performance and impact on brand equity and awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Events, or Communications.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on sponsoring and events, preferably in a premium brand.
- Bilingual in French and English, with German being a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Excellent writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and travel up to 10%.
