About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner and Content Marketing Manager to join our Digital team at our Switzerland Headquarters. As a key member of our Marketing Department, you will lead our established CPA marketing and influencer programs, overseeing every aspect from promotion and management to optimization and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Performance Marketing Initiatives: Drive success in our CPA marketing program with your solid financial knowledge and strategic insight. Recruit and onboard high-quality partners, manage relationships, and maximize revenue growth through meticulous performance management.
  • Manage and Cultivate Influencer Partnerships: Serve as the primary point of contact for our influencer partners, leveraging your project management skills to organize impactful events and collaborations. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will be critical to enhancing our brand's visibility and success.
  • Develop and Deliver Educational Content: Collaborate with our education team to co-develop a cutting-edge content strategy. Utilize your finance expertise to craft engaging webinars, educational materials, and trading events that resonate with our audience and position our brand as an industry leader.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing performance marketing programs, ideally in finance.
  • Account Management: Proven experience in successfully managing marketing performance and influencers partnerships.
  • Finance: Solid financial knowledge, especially in trading and forex/CFD.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills.
  • Cross-Functional Work: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English is required. German is a big plus.
