At Carhartt WIP, we are committed to continuous progress and evolution, while staying true to our origins. Our family-owned business group has developed its own collections based on workwear originals since the early 1990s.

We are seeking a Sustainability Reporting Specialist to contribute to the formulation of our Group's sustainability reporting strategy. This involves actively participating in the creation of the ESG Report, ensuring compliance with the EU CSRD directive and other applicable reporting standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business contexts, a high affinity for numbers, and a proactive and structured way of working. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, accounting, sustainability, or a related field is required.

The Sustainability Reporting Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments to gather necessary data for sustainability and ESG reports. They will also develop and implement efficient data collection, consolidation, and controlling systems and processes.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sustainability and ESG reporting, corporate social responsibility, or a related field. They will also have proven experience with sustainability reporting frameworks and standards.
