Job Title: Global Financial Reporting Leader
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Global Financial Reporting Leader to join our client's dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports that reflect the performance of our client's global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports
- Work closely with international subsidiaries to ensure their financial statements are accurate and compliant with Swiss GAAP FER
- Support the preparation of external year-end consolidated financial statements in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER and OR
- Lead initiatives to optimize and automate the financial consolidation process
- Manage the internal control system to ensure alignment of global financial operations with corporate governance and risk management policies
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and consolidation
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, particularly Swiss GAAP FER and OR
- Expertise in financial software such as SAP, IDL, and advanced Excel skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
