Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability and ESG strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead high-profile, company-wide strategic initiatives for key topics in ESG, including Equity, Access to Medicines, Social Impact, Global Health, and Climate Change & Health.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement projects that drive business growth and improve our social and environmental impact.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, external partners, and industry experts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability and ESG, and apply this knowledge to inform our strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business, Health Economics, or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability and ESG topics, including Equity, Access to Medicines, Social Impact, Global Health, and Climate Change & Health.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare sector, or Global Health.
  • Ability to develop and support the development of presentations for senior leaders, communicate and present clearly, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Ability to navigate a complex matrix environment and work at all levels of the organization, including senior stakeholders.
