**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Avaloq developer to join our team in Basel, Switzerland.

The ideal candidate will have profound knowledge of all relevant technological aspects of the Avaloq stack (Avaloq Script, PL/SQL, Oracle SQL, Task Engine, Report Writer, Object Model, Transactional Model, Booking Engine).

You will be part of a reporting unit within the broader Avaloq Regulatory team, maintaining existing trade and transaction reporting solutions, developing new functionalities or changes to existing ones, and implementing small to medium-sized projects with colleagues.

This is an excellent opportunity to challenge and re-think existing solutions (architecture) and be an integral part of the broader Avaloq Regulatory team, assisting in other expert fields (Tax, Compliance, Legal Reporting, Accounting).

**Key Requirements**

  • Higher education in Informatics or Computer Science, preferably with specialisation in Software Engineering.
  • Additional training in Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP).
  • Four years of practical experience in Avaloq development.
  • Solid understanding of banking and finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work with various stakeholders as well as have a hands-on mentality.

**Compensation Package**

We offer a competitive salary range of **€80,000 - €120,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as relocation assistance and comprehensive health insurance.
