Strategic Product Leader

Luminary Group is partnering with a leading life science company to find a seasoned Strategic Product Leader - Real-World Evidence Solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Real-World Evidence (RWE) and drive the development of innovative RWE solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RWE solutions.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions.
  • Lead a team of product managers and provide guidance, coaching, and support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Translate product strategy into clear and actionable product requirements.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure product success.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and industry experts to gather feedback and drive customer-centric product development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the RWE space.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare and RWE.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in driving product strategy, development, and go-to-market efforts.
  • In-depth knowledge of the RWE domain, including data sources, methodologies, and regulatory considerations.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing high-performing product teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
