We are looking for a highly skilled Machine Reliability and Performance Manager to join our team at Real Staffing. This is a full-time position in manufacturing, offering an excellent opportunity for career growth and professional development.

About the Job:

  • This role involves developing and improving standards for rotating equipment throughout their lifecycle, from design to end-of-life.
  • You will be responsible for presenting and disseminating technical standards, working closely with maintenance and production teams.
  • The successful candidate will support internal teams in investigating failures and during project phases.
  • You will lead regulatory, normative, and technological monitoring of rotating equipment, sharing best practices at the site and group level.
  • This includes implementing and monitoring site-level KPIs for rotating machinery and leading cross-functional initiatives to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve standards for rotating equipment.
  • Presentation and dissemination of technical standards.
  • Supporting internal teams in investigating failures and project phases.
  • Regulatory, normative, and technological monitoring of rotating equipment.
  • Implementation and monitoring of site-level KPIs for rotating machinery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance engineering with expertise in rotating equipment and industrial reliability.
  • An engineering degree in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or Reliability.
  • Proficiency in technologies and methodologies related to rotating machinery, including centrifugal and volumetric pumps, vacuum pumps, agitators, compressors, and turbines.
  • Experience in vibration diagnostics, failure mode analysis (RCM, FMEA).
  • Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and conditional maintenance strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis abilities, strong writing skills.
  • Fluent in English (minimum level B2).
  • Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, CMMS such as SAP-PM).
  • Valid work permit or EU Citizenship.
