Job Description:
The position is based in Monthey/Switzerland, the reference site for the Advanced Materials division.

General accountabilities and responsibilities include:
In charge of the
_Quality Department_, gathering the
_QA/QC Services_ and the
_Analytical Development Service._

Reports to the Site Manager

As part of the Site Leadership Team- contribute to the Site long term sustainable development.- ensure consistency and improvement in site operations by promoting Quality.- foster and develop excellence in Quality at Site level

People and organization: ownership for department resources management, hiring, PDP cycle, training, coaching, developing & Talent Bank, succession planning, organizational development, and organizational efficiency.

QUALITY- Ensure Monthey Site Quality Management System conforms to the requirements of the Huntsman Advanced Materials Quality Manual ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO/TS 16949- Ensure that Monthey manufactured products meet customers’ needs and requirements.- Manage customer’s relationship: product specification, complaints closing/follow up, customers service and satisfaction- Promote quality excellence and awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.- Site point of contact for customer audits and external assessors

Education, experience and specific skills-
- Proven managerial experience- At least 5 years of professional experience in Quality.-
- Experience in audit management and in implementation and control of corrective actions- Experience with the automotive and aerospace industry is a plus- Certified auditor ISO 9001, 14001, IATF or 45001 is a plus- Flexibility and readiness to adapt continuously to changing environments- Ability to explain and transmit complex messages and tasks in simple terms and actions- Ability to take decision in complex and evolving situations.- Fluency in English and French, both verbal and written
