Le Counter Manager est un ambassadeur de la marque. Une partie importante de ce rôle consiste à éduquer les clients sur la philosophie Clarins Unlimited. Il fournit un excellent support client, écoute les préoccupations des clients, les comprend et aide à assurer que Clarins « Unlimited » soit intégré par les clients. La consultation de beauté personnelle garantit que chaque client se sente valorisé et unique. Les objectifs définis individuellement sont directement liés à la stratégie « Unlimited » et incluent la participation active aux objectifs de l'équipe, la planification et l'exécution des mises en avant sur les stands, la maximisation des lancements et la fidélisation de la clientèle.

**1) Offrir aux clients la meilleure cérémonie de vente Clarins CARE**
- Fournir des conseils et personnaliser le rituel de beauté en comprenant les préoccupations des clients
- Démonstration des produits selon les protocoles Clarins
- Proposer des produits en Cross-Sell à la vente et en échantillonnage
- Traiter les objections et gérer les difficultés de vente

**2) Connaissance du client et gestion des données**
- Collecter et enregistrer systématiquement des données clients exacts tout en préservant la confidentialité
- Utilisation des outils du POS pour maximiser l'efficacité
- Soutenir toutes les activités CRM qui sont décidées au niveau du magasin (utiliser le système de rappel)

**3) Connaissance des produits et des offres**
- Proposer des combinaisons de produits et des produits alternatifs
- Se tenir au courant des activités marketing et communiquer les informations pertinentes aux clients

**4) Être un ambassadeur de la marque et activer son réseau**
- Suivre les tendances beauté et l'actualité des concurrents
- Partager la présence 360° de la marque

**5) Performance & indicateurs**
- Connaître les chiffres de ventes quotidiens, mensuels et annuels et suivre les objectifs fixés
- Comprendre et suivre les statistiques des ventes
- Lancer des activités afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés
- Recalculer l'objectif quotidien chaque jour pour le transmettre à l'équipe avec le focus approprié (produit/sujet)
- Diviser les objectifs du stand / de l’équipe en objectifs individuels. Attribuer des défis quotidiens pour atteindre les objectifs
- Fournir les rapports journaliers, hebdomadaires et mensuels à temps en mettant en évidence les problèmes et les recommandations

**6) Garantir un flux de travail impeccable**
- Soutenir le Area Sales Manager (ASM) lors du recrutement d’un nouveau BC
- Veiller au respect des valeurs Clarins ainsi que des règlements internes du groupe et du point de vente, tout en donnant le bon exemple
- Former et coacher les BC pour les faire évoluer en permanence afin de s'assurer du respect des méthodes Clarins selon les directives du Service Formation.
- Motiver et encourager l'équipe à se surpasser
- Vérifier que les règles vestimentaires sont respectées (uniforme, coiffure, ongles, maquillage). Hygiène personnelle irréprochable de tous les collaborateurs.
- Organiser la collaboration d'équipe de manière que les activités puissent se dérouler dans une routine quotidienne optimale
- Planification préalable des absences prévisibles (par exemple, vacances)
- Concevoir les horaires de travail des équipes en tenant compte de la fréquentation clients afin d'assurer la meilleure couverture du stand (s'applique également aux pauses café, déjeuner ou dîner).
- Coordonner l'ouverture et la fermeture des caisses avec le point de vente (ne peut être délégué à un itinérant si la caisse n'est pas au stand Clarins).

**7) Assurer l’attractivité du POS**
- Participation à l'administration du POS
- Propreté et hygiène parfaites sur le stand
- Mise en place des guidelines merchandising en magasin
- Maintenir des niveaux optimaux des stocks, des testeurs, d'échantillons et d'outils de vente jetables
- Préparation des promotions : prise de rendez-vous, affichage (A3), mailings et commandes (en collaboration avec l'ASM)
- Coopération étroite avec l'équipe de promotion
- Coordination des heures de travail avec le responsable de la promotion
