Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Pricing and Margins Optimization Manager to drive profitability and growth across our European sales operations. As a key member of our Pricing, Contracts Governance and Compliance Team, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and implementing pricing strategies and initiatives across our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a pricing strategy to maximize profitability, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate pricing performance at a Country, Customer, and contract level, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making and analysis.
  • Analyze sales deals to validate profitability data and calculations before signing a contract.
  • Contribute to and lead margin optimization initiatives in alignment with the Finance Director and key stakeholders of the commercial teams.
  • Create a Profitability Playbook to enable a profitable and sustainable growth in Europe.

Requirements:

  • Several years of international experience in pricing, revenue management, or related roles.
  • Proficient analytical skills.
  • Data analysis and manipulation using data analytics tools.
  • Experience with pricing analytics and modeling techniques.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
