We are Meteomatics AG, a world leader in weather and climate data. Our goal is to help organizations leverage accurate weather forecasts to achieve their business objectives and safeguard lives and property. As we continue to grow, we need talented individuals to drive our expansion. We're seeking an experienced Head of Sales Europe to join our team and lead our sales efforts across the continent.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with our revenue targets and market plans.
  2. Lead and manage our European sales teams within the Energy & Utilities, Insurance & Agriculture, Aviation & Transportation, and Defense & Government (drones) segments.
  3. Collaborate with our customer success team to foster strong relationships with our clients and drive growth.
  4. Engage in cross-functional collaboration with our marketing, sales development, sales team in the US, customer success, and revenue operations teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  5. Manage European sales targets and provide regular forecasting and results reporting.

Requirements:
  • A strong background in sales leadership and meteorology or a related field.
  • Proven experience in driving structured end-to-end sales processes and building strong sales funnels.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in other European languages being a plus, especially German and French.
