Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Innovation Intern. As a key member of our Smart Infrastructure team, you will support the development of our digital interaction products and enablers, assist in collecting requirements, and contribute to the planning and implementation of international workshops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of digital interaction products and enablers, such as customer portals and digital service logbooks.
  • Assist in collecting requirements and building product relevant documentation and roadmaps.
  • Support project teams in stakeholder management, administrative, and strategic tasks.
  • Contribute to product testing, organizing UATs, and documenting.
  • Support the planning and implementation of international workshops.

Requirements

  • Currently studying at least the fourth semester at a university or technical college in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, independent work, willingness to take on responsibility, and strong analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of agile methods, design thinking, project, and change management.
  • Love for new (IT) technologies and experience with data analysis and data consolidation.
  • Additional software knowledge: HTML programming and Python basics.
  • Very good MS Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent, clear, and concise communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to communicate change.
  • First work experience in a similar environment as an apprentice, intern, or working student would be beneficial.
  • Fluent in English.
