We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ADM. This role will be responsible for promoting our Health & Wellness portfolio, primarily targeting Beverage customers in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver revenue and gross margin objectives in the region
- Analyze market needs, consumer trends, and competitors' landscape to define a regional commercial strategy
- Develop and recommend relevant portfolios for the region in collaboration with Management & R&D
- Provide application supports to meet customer demands, executing by collaborating with the application interface and leveraging regional/global application structures
- Define and execute regional technical service support processes and organizations
- Align go-to-market activities in the region and coordinate with marketing efforts
- Attend sales events, exhibits, and trade shows
Job Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of successful experience in B2B Sales and product management of functional ingredients (prebiotics/probiotic/postbiotics and botanical extracts)
- Preferably holding a BS in biochemistry, microbiology, chemistry, pharmacy, or food science, or similar degree in human life sciences
- Previous leadership experience in successful market development, introduction, and commercialization of new products, and project management
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across matrix organizations and preferably at a global level
- Key performance metrics include: revenue, Gross Margin (GM), and Operational Profit (OP)
- Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages valued
