Role Summary

As an HR Assistant at Randstad, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports individuals and businesses in achieving their goals. Your key responsibilities will include providing administrative assistance to our HR department, supporting the recruitment process, managing salary runs, and addressing employee inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR administration support, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed.
  • Work closely with the Account Specialist and Talent Advisor to support the recruitment process.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing, manage salary runs, and resolve any related issues.
  • Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate events for temporary staff and handle administrative tasks related to HR functions.

Requirements

For this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or higher education (e.g., HEG), ideally complemented by a personnel management assistant certificate.
  • At least 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an international company.
  • Native German speaker, fluent in English, French would be an advantage.
  • Proficient with IT tools, especially Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Easytemp is a plus.
