System Verification Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled System Verification Manager to join our team at Ypsomed AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate verification activities across various departments, including HW, SW, and ME development, testing, and service providers.
- Plan and design verification activities at the project level, including the development and validation of verification methods, processes, and tools.
- Lead the implementation of test automation solutions, including documentation and evidence definitions.
- Define test strategies for sub-systems and systems, focusing on content testing and evaluating the right test methodologies.
- Manage risks related to verification and evaluate technological risks against defined safety or business risks.
- Work with discipline-level test engineers and integrators to ensure readiness of verification environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science.
- Business-level English language proficiency.
- More than 5 years of experience in a highly regulated field, such as aviation, defense, semiconductor, rail transport, or medical.
- Specialization in electrical, microsystem, medical engineering, software engineering, or comparable fields.
- Project management, resource allocation, and testing activities planning experience.
- CAS Testing/ICTQB certifications are an advantage.
- IoT development/testing experience is an advantage.
