  • Du verantwortest das strategische und operative Qualit�tsmanagement f�r die Engineering-Bereiche des SBB Personenverkehrs.
  • In Abstimmung mit dem Konzern definierst du Vorgaben zu den Themen Qualit�t, Sicherheit, Umwelt sowie Mitarbeiterkompetenzen.
  • Du f�rderst die Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen Qualit�tskultur und st�rkst die Kompetenzen der Mitarbeitenden.
  • Zudem gew�hrleistest du die Qualit�tssicherung in Prozessen, im Kontrollmanagement und im Abweichungsmanagement.
  • Als Prozess-Coach und Modellierer:in begleitest du das Prozessmanagement in den verantworteten Bereichen (Prozesse einf�hren, umsetzen, �berpr�fen, optimieren).
  • Du leitest das Normengremium Technik und sorgst f�r die Umsetzung regulatorischer Anpassungen im Engineering.

Das bringst du mit.

  • Idealerweise bringst du Berufserfahrung im Bahnwesen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bahntechnik mit.
  • Du �berzeugst durch ausgepr�gtes logisches und abstraktes Denkverm�gen, starke konzeptionelle F�higkeiten sowie eine initiativreiche und kommunikative Pers�nlichkeit.
  • Zudem bist du es gewohnt, vernetzt und l�sungsorientiert zu denken.
  • Du verf�gst �ber ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder Maschinenbau (Universit�t oder Fachhochschule) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Quality System Manager rundet dein Profil ab.
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und einer weiteren Landessprache der Schweiz, sowie Englischkenntnisse.
