About the RoleThe Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing quality assurance strategies to ensure the quality of our products and processes
- Conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Reviewing and approving quality documents, including SOPs and protocols
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Providing training and support to employees on quality-related topics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences or engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GxP and FDA guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
