Commercial Director for Herbal Extracts

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead our efforts in the pharmaceutical sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth and expansion of our herbal extracts business in Europe and overseas.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and expand market presence. Additionally, you will provide market insights and feedback to internal teams to support product development and marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers in Europe and overseas
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth for herbal extracts
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Providing market insights and feedback to internal teams to support product development and marketing initiatives
- Achieving sales targets and KPI's set by the company
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Business, Marketing or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in sales of herbal extracts (must have)
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
- Deep understanding of the market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in Europe and overseas
- Successfully built and managed a diverse portfolio of clients, including multinational pharma companies, contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and generic drug manufacturers
- Strong network of industry contacts and played a pivotal role in expanding market reach and brand visibility in Europe and overseas
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience.
