Tasks: * Manage the complete cycle of orders (receipt, validation, billing, shipping). * Track and resolve blocked orders. * Prepare billing and shipping documents (export, import, banking). * Organize the transport and ensure tracking until delivery. * Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information. * Maintain accurate sales projections and assess risks. * Apply SOPs and compliance requirements. * Participate in ad hoc projects and regular calls with clients/distributors. * Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
