**About the project**:

- You will handle all requests from the hotline (1stLevel) as well as other tasks in order to ensure the smooth implementation of our customers' products
- You order lines with their respective technologies, manage porting of fixed and mobile numbers and ensure a timely start-up
- Your skills enable you to handle all processes related to fixed and mobile Fulfillment
- Your analytical skills enable you to actively participate in the implementation of improvement measures to increase internal productivity and/or the customer experience

**Main Tasks**:

- You will handle all incoming requests from the hotline (1st Level) and other tasks to ensure the proper implementation of our customers' products.
- You order the lines with their respective technologies, manage the porting of fixed and mobile numbers and ensure a timely start-up.
- Your skills enable you to handle all processes related to fixed and mobile Fulfillment.
- Your analytical skills enable you to actively participate in the implementation of improvement measures to increase internal productivity and/or the customer experience.

**Must have skills**:

- German and French mother tongue, Italian is an advantage
- Affinity with new technologies
- Commercial or technical diploma (CFC)
- Experience in customer support
