Sie bauen eine moderne, sichere und skalierbare IT-Architektur, die unseren Investment-Teams maximale Effizienz ermöglicht – und unseren Kundinnen und Kunden erstklassige Qualität bietet. Was Sie bewegen - Sie entwickeln die IT-Strategie von morgen und setzen sie mit klarem Blick für Innovation und Effizienz um - Sie führen ein hochqualifiziertes IT-Team und entwickeln es zu einem agilen, kollaborativen Kompetenzzentrum weiter - Sie verantworten die zentralen Systeme im Portfolio Management, Trading, Data Management und Reporting - Sie sorgen für eine robuste Cyber Security und stabile Betriebsprozesse, unverzichtbar im regulierten Finanzumfeld - Sie treiben Projekte voran, welche das Business nachhaltig beschleunigen: Cloud-Modernisierung, Automatisierung, API-Integration, Datenplattformen. - Sie arbeiten eng mit Investments, Risk, Compliance & Operations zusammen und gestalten aktiv die technologische Zukunft unserer Kundin Was Sie auszeichnet - Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im IT-Bereich, idealerweise im Asset Management oder der Finanzindustrie - Tiefer Einblick in Investmentprozesse und die relevanten Systeme - Leidenschaft für moderne Technologien, Daten, Sicherheit und inspirierende Führung - Strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit Hands-on-Mentalität - Deutsch als Muttersprache und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Warum unsere Kundin? - Sie gestalten die technologische Roadmap eines wachstumsstarken Asset Managers - Sie arbeiten direkt mit der Geschäftsleitung und haben echten Impact - Sie nutzen modernste Technologien und können Innovationen vom Konzept bis zur Umsetzung begleiten - Attraktive Vergütung, flexible Arbeitsmodelle und ein motiviertes Team warten auf Sie
