A key pillar of AXA XL's strategic plan is to grow our Multinational Solutions business portfolio, in line with the Navigator's 'Solutions that matter most' strategic driver.

Mulitinational Solutions is driving client centricity and growth in collaboration with business units and global functions which includes spearheding efforts to ensure that multinational clients needs and preferences are at the forefront of business decisions, strategies, and operations. Clients of Mulitnational Solutions operate or have interests in multiple countries or regions. Understanding the diverse and often complex requirements of multinational clients is crucial, as it may involve considerations such as cross-border regulations, cultural differences, and varying market dynamics. Working in Multinational Solutions entails working closely with the business units and global functions to align their activities and goals with the overarching objective of enhancing client satisfaction and driving profitable business growth. Our aim is to implement initiatives to improve customer experience, developing tailored solutions, and fostering a culture of putting the client first throughout the Multinational Solutions value chain.

To drive client centricity and growth especially through state of the art network management we are looking for a Head of Multinational Network Partner Management at AXA XL. As the Head of Multinational Network Partner Management the regional network partner management centers and the network partner claims hub report to you on matrix basis.

What you'll be DOING

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • E2E accountability for managing Network Partners across all functional areas
  • Shape the strategic direction for expanding and optimizing the network to accelerate the growth of multinational insurance solutions
  • Continuously monitor Network Partner performance and interactions across all stages of the multinational value chain
  • Serve as the global escalation point for all issues related to Network Partners
  • Acts as the AXA XL key liaison and primary point of contact for strategic opportunities and challenges of network partners.
  • Drive the development of fee-based and insurance business opportunities in collaboration with Network Partners, identifying and evaluating new growth avenues for the AXA Group
  • Act as a prominent ambassador for AXA XL in the multinational insurance arena
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to multinational insurance programs and network management.

You will report into the Head of AXA XL Multinational Solutions.

What you will BRING

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

  • Multinational Insurance Expertise: Delivering best in class service to clients through a professionally managed multinational insurance network
  • Collaboration and Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, brokers, service partners and AXA XL functions in various global locations
  • Influencing skills: Ability to effectively motivate others to achieve common goals in Multinational Solutions
  • Strategic Planning: Capacity to develop and implement strategies for network optimization, business development and performance improvement to meet the needs and objectives of multinational clients
  • Communication Skills: robust verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with external partners, and effectively convey complex insurance concepts across different regions
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the network and identify areas for improvement
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying and resolving challenges related to multinational insurance program management and network optimization
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic international environment, understanding diverse cultural and business practices
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to multinational insurance programs and network management
  • Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements in different jurisdictions to ensure adherence to local laws and regulations
  • Leadership skills: Experience of leading and/or managing a team is desirable
