Nos clients sont des ONG, des administrations publiques ou des clients finaux dans différents corps de métiers

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Business Développeur Senior, ayant une très bonne connaissance du marché Suisse Romand, un réseau de clients, pour étoffer notre équipe commerciale. Vous deviendrez ainsi l'un des pilliers de notre société

 

Business Developer

Notre objectif :

Nous faire plaisir en intégrant une personne qui nous ressemble, mettre à profit un état d'esprit entrepreneur dynamique et positif pour nous développer avec pertinence, et cohérence avec le marché local

Les activités entre autres seront :

  • la prospection commerciale et le développement de la clientèle,
  • le suivi des besoins de certains clients existants,
  • le recrutement de futurs condidats,
  • la préparation des candidats (entretiens, qualification, coaching),
  • la négociation des contrats (clients & candidats),
  • le suivi des collaborateurs en mission, l'optimisation des périodes d'intercontrat par la prospection proactive,
  • la préparation de réponses à des appels d'offres,
  • le reporting auprès de la Direction.

La personne qui nous rejoindra devra idéalement :

  • avoir déjà un réseau dans l'Arc Lémanique,
  • avoir déjà une expérience de quelques années sur un poste similaire,
  • être organisée,
  • être autonome,
  • être capable de passer une partie de son temps sur le sourcing, pour ses propres besoins mais aussi ceux de l'équipe commerciale,
  • parler et écrire en français et en anglais.
