**Your Job**
Quantitative Researcher

We are seeking a researcher who thrives in a dynamic trading environment and use state-of-the-art techniques from data science, statistics, and applied mathematics to develop mathematical models of the financial markets.

**What You Will Do**
- Develop mathematical models of financial markets.
- Maintain and further develop knowledge systems.
- Produce ad hoc analysis based on short-term market developments.
- Communicate with team and other internal Koch teams to constantly evaluate assumptions.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- An advanced degree in a relevant STEM field.
- Strong programming skills (R or Python) and system design skills.
- Good knowledge of financial markets: commodities, equities and fixed income.
- Collaborative mindset with strong spatial awareness.

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience with complex models of the financial markets and trading algorithms
- Previous experience in a trading environment
