Customer Operations Management Trainee 100% - 6 à 12 mois

Salt, avec ses offres mobiles et réseau fixe innovantes, est un opérateur incontournable en Suisse et améliore ses services aux clients de manière continue. Dans cette dynamique, la division Customer Operations (service clients), au cœur du métier, recherche pour une durée de 6 mois à 12 mois un stagiaire pour amener son support au suivi et à l’évolution des processus et des opérations

Vos responsabilités
  • Analyses de suivi des processus existants
  • Suivi des projets et initiatives de la division Customer Operations
  • Tests d’applications et systèmes en cours de développement pour le support des clients
  • Support dans la livraison de rapports récurrents pour le management et les opérations
  • Monitoring de la performance des call-centers en lien avec les opérations
  • Support dans la livraison d'analyses adhoc et de nouveaux outils
  • Développer et entretenir de bonnes relations avec les collègues des autres divisions (Marketing, Technique, Finance, Ventes, etc.)
  • Déplacements sur le site de Bienne à hauteur de 10%
