About This Role:
**Job Description**:
- Help the Customer Success team maintain critical client information in various databases and management tools to ensure accurate data collection and project documentation.
- Draft in-depth data analyses to assist clients’ business decision-making process and maximize customer satisfaction for airports, convention centers, and other industries. Use them in progressing larger contracts or renewals.
- Test the customer data portal. Review client training documents, focusing on amplifying business growth potential and maintaining brand standards.
- Assist the US supply and service team for any deployed customers to answer inquiries regarding maintenance, the product, or further training.
- Deploy a wide range of real-time feedback devices onsite or remotely with customer interactions to personally ensure successful implementation of the product.
- Assist the supply chain management for the US team as needed. Pack, ship, and maintain inventory for new and existing clients.
**Skills**:
- Data analytics. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to business challenges in the form of presentations and deliverables.
- Supply chain management. Organize client details to effectively manage supply chain, shipping needs, and equipment duties.
- Project management. Consistently manage and execute deliverables on-time and within budget.
- Client service management. Provide end-to-end client partnership for ongoing exceptional value.
- Microsoft Office suite. Use Excel for advanced data analytics and PowerPoint to create professional business presentations.
Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English and French.
- Business level in German or Italian is a plus.
- A strong client orientation; commitment to fulfilling client requests.
- Fundamental knowledge and skills in data analytics and statistics are preferable.
- Excellent communication skills (written, phone, or in person with clients).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Great work efficiency and versatility.
- A pragmatic, hands-on individual with strong attention to detail.
- Client service experience is a plus.
