If so, we are looking for a result-driven **_Business Development Representative (BDR) _**to join our team at Hive-Zox. We are a fast-growing logistics company looking to expand our business in the EMEA region, specifically DACH, Francophone Regions, and Benelux regions.

**What’s the job?**:
As a result-driven Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed targets, identifying new business opportunities to grow in new markets or adjacent segments, and developing “go to market” strategies to drive business results. You will own the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, working jointly with multiple levels of the customer’s organization to understand and document their business goals and success metrics.
You will play a crucial role in driving business results and exceeding targets. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our founding CEO & COO, learning the business from the inside out. We are seeking individuals who are passionate, energetic, ambitious, and not afraid to take on unexpected challenges. **Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Generate new leads through networking, marketing, and any other means.
- Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities.
- Lead the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to close.
- Ensure accurate record keeping; document all sales-related activities including sales calls, pertinent account and contact activities, and account profiles in Salesforce CRM.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships coordinating effectively with other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, sales pipeline, and status reports and produce reports to communicate with relevant teams effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate them internally.
- Keep abreast of competition and industry trends.
**Required skills & experience.**:
- 3-5 years in sales/business development within logistics, packaging, freight forwarder, or 3PLs with a strong track record of success.
- Experience developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Pro-active sales hunter, skilled at value selling and closing.
- Strong communication & presentation skills, both written & oral English and French/ German.
- Willing and able to travel frequently (up to 50%).
- Experience working with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
- Proficiency in MS Office and aptitude to learn new digital tools.
- Motivated, self-starter with plenty of initiative and time-management skills.
- Humility and grit with the ability to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
**Preferred Skills.**:
- Specific experience in Temperature Controlled Logistics, Pharmaceutical Logistics, and Cold Chain Logistics is considered a plus.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or technology.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Multiple languages would be a positive.
