About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Groupe T2i SA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients in the Swiss Romande region, focusing on electronic document management, including dematerialization, management, and business process flows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a business development strategy to identify and acquire new clients in the Swiss Romande region.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our solutions to potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Event Planning: Participate in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other marketing activities to promote our solutions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, with a focus on digitalization.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Swiss Romande market, including the needs and preferences of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel frequently to client sites in the Swiss Romande region.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English, with a working knowledge of German or another language an asset.
