Customer Success Manager

GreenTime is a young FoodTech company offering employee catering via smart fridges in all over Switzerland. Our fridges are restocked daily with fresh meals, snacks and drinks (cafeterias 2.0). Our team of dedicated chefs makes sure that the food we offer is always fresh, tasty and cooked with love.
As the second largest provider of fresh food via smart fridge in Switzerland, we are now expanding into the Swiss-German market. To match our ambitious growth objectives, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager based in Zurich, that will help us in our mission to make every single one of our clients happy. You will work closely with the COO & Head of Customer Development to make sure you have the best conditions to succeed.
Tasks- You will manage a portfolio of existing B2B customers in the French-speaking part of Switzerland
- You will be the sole point of contact for the contact person, with whom you will establish a personal connection and a long-lasting trust relationship
- You will build and gradually improve the customer experience for both new and existing clients, managing the entire B2B user journey incl. client onboarding
- You will regularly prepare and present performance reports
- You will respond to support requests and manage customer claims
- You will coordinate with internal operations teams to solve problems and to anticipate customer needs
- You will lead projects from start to finish
- You participate in the sales activities by helping your sales colleagues during client tastings events
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in hospitality, management or marketing
- A passion for customer service and a strong “client first” mindset. Work experience in account management or hospitality is a plus
- Knowledge within Microsoft 365 and general tech-affinity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in French and English is a must-have, German is a plus
- Politeness, great interpersonal skills, and a professional appearance
- Creativity, flexibility, and autonomy
- A team player with a “can-do” mindset
- A valid driving licence
- A passion for food is a big plus :-)
