Deine Mission: Ops-Genie mit Überblick

Du sorgst dafür, dass bei uns alles rundläuft – intern wie extern. Du liebst klare Abläufe, magst es, wenn Zahlen passen, und denkst bei "Customer Success" nicht nur an Support, sondern an nachhaltige Wirkung. Du bringst Dinge ins Rollen, hältst sie am Laufen und verlierst dabei nie den Überblick. Strategisch denken, operativ handeln – das ist dein Revier.

Aufgaben
  • Du bist zentrale Anlaufstelle für Kundenanfragen (Mail & Phone, D/F/EN)
  • Du bearbeitest Offerten, Bestellungen & Aufträge
  • Du erstellst Reports & Insights für fundierte Entscheidungen
  • Du betreust unsere Praktikant:innen im Alltag
  • Du stellst exzellenten Service für unsere Gastro-Partner sicher
  • Du pflegst Beziehungen zu Lieferanten & Dienstleistungspartnern
  • Du verwandelst Anfragen in funktionierende Mehrweg-Partnerschaften
  • Du managst Lager, Inventar, Produktionsplanung & Logistik
  • Du denkst Prozesse neu und bringst deine Ideen ein
  • Du führst Projekte eigenverantwortlich von A bis Z
Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Operations, Admin oder Projektmanagement
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und denkst unternehmerisch
  • Du magst Menschen und kannst sie begeistern, kommunizierst klar und bist lösungsorientiert
  • Du hast Lust auf Nachhaltigkeit und idealerweise Erfahrung in Kreislaufwirtschaft
  • Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und sehr gut Französisch, Englisch ist kein Problem
  • Gastro- oder Startup-Erfahrung? Big plus.
