Enterprise Application Operations Manager

We are Adnovum Informatique SA, a leading provider of IT services and solutions. As a highly skilled Enterprise Application Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our established applications, ensuring their security and integrity.
Your primary focus will be on operating identity and access management solutions, both on-premise and at client sites. You will also provide support to clients with operational tasks and problems in productive environments, analyze and resolve malfunctions, and develop workarounds for simple incidents and errors.
In addition, you will be responsible for configuring and integrating IAM solutions into our clients' system environments, collaborating on specification, testing, and rollout for application releases, and participating in the maintenance and further development of simple interfaces between applications.
You will also assist in change requests for the attention of application developers and maintain and manage documentation such as operating manuals, user manuals, and instruction manuals.
Key Skills- Diploma in Information Science or Systems Engineering, or similar background
- Good knowledge of Linux/Unix (shell, tools) and network protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP/S)
- Enthusiasm for technical IT security with a focus on authentication and authorization
- Pleasure in dealing with clients
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style, as well as logical and analytical thinking
- Very good command of English and German
