Vos missions

En tant que Talent Acquisition Manager, vous serez le pilote stratégique du recrutement au sein de l'entreprise. Vous mettrez en place une stratégie d'acquisition de talents efficace pour attirer, évaluer et recruter les meilleurs profils, en étroite collaboration avec la direction et les managers.

Vos missions clés

Définir et exécuter la stratégie de recrutement pour répondre aux besoins en talents de l'entreprise

Identifier et attirer les meilleurs candidats via les jobboards, le sourcing direct, le networking et la chasse de tête

Analyser et optimiser les performances des campagnes de recrutement (KPIs, taux de conversion, délai de recrutement)

Automatiser et optimiser les processus de recrutement (sourcing, sélection par IA, ATS)

Conduire les entretiens de pré-sélection et accompagner les managers dans les phases de recrutement

Garantir une expérience candidat exceptionnelle, en assurant une communication claire et fluide tout au long du processus

Renforcer notre marque employeur en développant notre visibilité et attractivité sur le marché

Vos compétences

Formation : Master en Ressources Humaines ou équivalent

Expérience : Minimum 3 ans en recrutement au sein d'un cabinet spécialisé dans les métiers tertiaires ou chasseur de têtes

Compétences métier :

  • Expertise en recrutement de profils C-Level et cadres
  • Maîtrise des outils LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM recrutement, emailings automatisés
  • Capacité à analyser des KPIs de recrutement et à optimiser les performances

Qualités personnelles :

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en persuasion
  • Esprit stratégique et force de proposition
  • Proactivité et rigueur dans la gestion des recrutements

Langues : Français langue maternelle, maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel
