About Our Job
We are seeking a seasoned HRBP to join our team on a 9-month temporary contract, working 2 days a week from home.
As an HRBP, you will provide strategic guidance to the talent group and support organizational change initiatives.
Key Accountabilities:- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with the talent group to ensure alignment with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of restructuring projects.
- HR Operational Excellence: Manage HR operations, including work certificates, mobility processes, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Experience: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Policy Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that support the organization's goals.
- Organizational Change: Support organizational change initiatives by ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
- Talent Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Compensation and Rewards: Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- HR Insights: Analyze HR metrics and data to inform HR strategies.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced HRBP with:
- Proven experience in HRBP roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and Swiss labor law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR Generalists and other team members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
- Fluency in French and English.
