We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to develop and implement our recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong program coordination and management skills, with a proven track record of organizing multiple programs, schedules, and initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as fluency in French and exceptional English skills (both spoken and written), are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educational Outreach & Pipeline Development:
  • Establish relationships with vocational schools, technical colleges, and universities to create sustainable talent pipelines and funnel learners into education and apprenticeship programs.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and workshops to promote data center careers among students.
  • Coordinate site visits and work experience opportunities to provide hands-on experience in data center operations.
  • Identify and address barriers to participation for underrepresented groups.

Program Coordination and Implementation:

  • Collaborate with training partners and internal teams to design and implement development programs for education and apprenticeship participants.
  • Arrange shadowing opportunities with senior technicians and supervisors to promote learning and development.
  • Coordinate with technical teams and supervisors to ensure alignment between on-the-job training and classroom learning.
  • Review programs with department leaders to ensure they meet business needs and develop participants' skills and knowledge.
  • Guarantee program delivery meets local regulatory requirements and STACK's quality standards.
  • Support the development of inclusive learning environments and mentoring relationships.

Performance Monitoring and Support:

  • Oversee the onboarding of education and apprenticeship participants into the organization, ensuring a seamless integration into STACK's company culture and an understanding of their roles within the business.
  • Monitor participant progress through regular check-ins and coordinate additional support where needed.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and career development advice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, HR or relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing early talent, apprenticeship, or graduate programs, preferably within technical industries.
  • Experience with building and managing educational partnerships.
  • Prior experience collaborating with senior leaders and working cross-functionally.
