Tasks
- Global HR Lead Team presence and collaboration
- Leadership: full responsibility for the regional and related local organizations in all direct leadership and people management aspects
- Business Partnering: Proactively build and establish strong relationship with the senior management team as well as the extended Corporate HR community to understand their needs, requirements, and challenges; support line managers in all coaching, mentoring and personal development within their teams together with the local HR Business Partners
- Cultural awareness: Support cultural change and foster diversity, equity and inclusion within the region; support internal communication, especially around HR-sensitive issues (values & behaviours, advancement, motivation etc.)
- Talent Development: Coach local line management in preparing Organization
- Talent Review discussions; proactively support internal promotion; develop internal talent and their early development assignments; coach line management on development topics and encourage talent discussions across the organization of the region
- Organizational Development: Proactively facilitate and coach change management and organizational development initiatives as a desired business partner; read the “pulse” of the organization and devise actions to continuously develop the organizational design and culture
- Reward: Support in ensuring rewards and incentives are implemented to achieve the region goals, in close cooperation with the Corp. C&B Manager; coordinate local salary review process within the group, ensuring internal equity and alignment with SHLs reward policy; ensure appropriate links between performance rating and reward; contribute to the development of recognition strategies that facilitate, support and maintain a high performance culture; support the attraction and retention of top performers.
- Performance Management: Ensure your client group has the Performance Management system consistently applied, controlled and aligned to business strategies with a focus on development and capability building; ensure a process to track identified training and development needs and give feedback to the HR network/community.
- Employee Relations: Provide advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding personnel practices, policy and employment laws; act as employee advocate and work to minimize grievances and company liability; handle sensitive issues such as involuntary terminations, harassment claims, investigations, performance issues; ensure compliance with all discrimination and employment regulations
- Recruiting: Ensure recruiting and retention of best-in-class talent for defined key positions, make sure to fill all open positions with best-in-class talents and that regional Talent Acquisition teams work close together and enhance internal TA processes and capabilities; participate in the development and implementation of regional/local recruitment strategies in alignment with global organizational targets
- Project Responsibilities: Participate in and lead Corp. HR initiatives to improve processes; initiate HR projects for process/system changes in alignment with business requirements and HR strategy; lead major HR projects/initiatives and ensure implementation on local, regional and global level

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources and/or Business Administration, additional further professional HR qualification preferred
- Strong HR Generalist experience as the Lead HR Partner of your client groups with direct responsibility providing hands-on operational HR Partner support to a Management team and employees within a regional intercultural organization
- Used to working successfully with all specialist HR functions
- Successful previous experience leading teams and change management programs
- Proven success in project managing complex HR challenges in a matrix international organization, working strongly and collaboratively in teams to achieve objectives
- Confidence and demonstrated ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- Used to effectively work in fast paced, complex, and dynamic multinational environment
- Well-developed interpersonal skills: strong communicator, succeeding through influence Demonstrated ability to think independently and strategically; exercise excellent judgment
- Hands-on, results-driven self-starter with strong planning and prioritization skills
- Proven track record of problem-solving, dealing with ambiguity
