**V-ZUG HR Services**:

- Du verstehst dich als Bindeglied zwischen dem HR Services, den HR Business Partnern und den Führungsverantwortlichen und siehst dich zukünftig in einer Führungsposition? Wir sind verantwortlich für die gesamte Einbindung der administrativen HR-Dienstleistungen, Payroll sowie die HR-Kennzahlen. Das Aufgabengebiet wird durch deine Mitarbeit in den verschiedenen Projekten zur Optimierung der HR-Prozesse abgerundet. - Mit dem Ziel, die Position Head of HR Services zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zu übernehmen, unterstützt du die aktuelle Stelleninhaberin aktiv bei der Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung des organisatorischen Setups des Bereichs, der administrativen Aufgaben, Abläufe, Prozesse und Instrumente
- Du arbeitest bei der Ausgestaltung und operativen Umsetzung aller Aufgabenstellungen mit, welche von der Abteilung HR Services wahrgenommen werden (HR Admin, Payroll, ICS/Audit, Reporting & Projekte)
- Unsere Prozesse sollen standardisiert werden. Du hast die Möglichkeit bei der Mit
- und Neugestaltung - immer mit dem Fokus auf Effizienzsteigerung, Simplifizierung, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung (z.B. Employee Self Service) - dein Wissen mit einzubringen
- Neben der Sicherstellung des 1st Line HR Service Support garantierst du zusammen mit dem Team eine einwandfreie und termingerechte HR-Administration gemäss den HR-Prozessen (Ein
- und Austritte etc.) inkl. Payroll-Verarbeitung und der Lohnkontrolle
- Du stellst die regelmässigen Anpassungen des Mitarbeitendenhandbuchs inkl. Personalreglement (rechtliche Änderungen, neue Bedingungen, Beschlüsse) sicher

**Das bringst du für die Stelle mit**:

- Nach deiner abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung konntest du eine Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Human Resources erlangen (bspw. eidg. Fachausweis)
- Zudem bringst du bereits drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources mit und möchtest deine Chance ergreifen, erste Führungserfahrung zu sammeln und dein Potenzial zu entfalten
- Du verfügst über gute SAP-Kenntnisse oder du hast bereits mit einem anderen ERP-System gearbeitet und kannst daher diese Erfahrung mit einbringen
- Als teamfähige und belastbare Persönlichkeit, die über eine selbständige Arbeitsweise und ein analytisches Flair für komplexe Herausforderungen verfügt, besitzt du ausserdem die Fähigkeit, analysierte Daten zu visualisieren und einfach weiterzuvermitteln
- Deine stilsicheren Deutschkenntnisse werden von deinen guten Englischkenntnissen (mind. Niveau B2) ergänzt und runden dein Profil ab
