**Enterprise Packaging Program Manager**

**Zug, Switzerland**

How we shape, roll-out, monitor and continuously align strategy with business stakeholders is a critical enabler to deliver our value proposition to the businesses we serve. Procurement recognizes Program Management roles as key enablers of functional alignment and excellence, shaping and roll-out of regional and functional strategy, business planning, performance management, stakeholder engagement and change management.

A big-picture strategic approach to drive robust Business Planning, Portfolio and Performance Management within the Packaging Category.

The role will be in charge of consistent deployment of Consumer Health SC Procurement standards, frameworks, processes, best practices, tools, competence building within the Packaging Category.

Strategy and Portfolio Management
- Support Consumer Health Packaging Leadership Team in development of a Long-term Vision and underpinning strategy
- Advise strategy and program owners within the Category to ensure that Strategic and Priority Programs are consistently and effectively managed within the scope of well-structured portfolios targeting delivery against BP and Functional commitments.
- Drive Excellence in execution by focusing on KPIs linked to the Consumer Health Packaging Strategic Priorities and conduct root-cause analysis to ensure delivery of these KPIs by the Category Team
- On behalf of Consumer health Packaging Leadership Team, manage all relevant Communications for Strategy & Governance
- Own the development and implementation of Data Initiatives & Technology Adoption within the Packaging Category

Performance Management
- Implement the Consumer Health Performance Management Process, ensure KPIs and Dashboards are updated, including alignment with Packaging Leadership, Category Strategy and KPI owners.

Governance Responsibilities
- Manage all key internal, cross-functional and external forums of the Packaging Category
- Facilitate strategic programs related governance processes
- Facilitate escalation processes for strategic programs and any performance matters

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications**:

- A strong track record of program/project management
- A demonstrated track record of success in Business Planning and Execution - preferably within Procurement is required.
- Min. 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably inside and outside Procurement
- Sense of urgency
- Results and performance driven

- Intellectual curiosity and capacity
- Self-awareness and adaptability
- Collaborative leadership
- Ability to communicate complex matters to a broad audience
