**In qualità di Horeca Account Manager, farai parte del nostro team di vendita B2B, attualmente composto da 12 persone. Il tuo compito principale consisterà nell'acquisire nuovi clienti, garantirne la fidelizzazione e sviluppare attività/misure di promozione vendita nel canale Horeca (hotel, ristoranti e caffè).

**Una giornata tipo di un Horeca Account Manager**:
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi concordati / delle cifre chiave per il territorio assegnato
- Identificazione delle opportunità di vendita all'interno del territorio assegnato e messa a punto di una solida rete di vendita Horeca
- Acquisizione di nuovi clienti seguendo il processo di vendita B2B di Nespresso ("Get") e assicurando la fidelizzazione dei clienti attraverso visite regolari e iniziative ad hoc ("Keep")
- Incremento delle vendite ai clienti esistenti ("Increase")
- Selezione di nuovi clienti (possibilità potenziali) attraverso vari strumenti e fonti
- Reporting/valutazioni precisi e tempestivi (settimanali/mensili)
- Impiego di risorse adeguate nel proprio territorio, per sostenere azioni regionali / promozioni / misure di promozione vendite / fiere; obiettivo: raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato
- Svolgimento delle attività di marketing e promozionali per migliorare l'esperienza del marchio Nespresso (istruzione dei clienti, eventi PR con rappresentanti industriali, mostre...)
- Colloqui quotidiani con i clienti per istruirli in merito alla sostenibilità e altri importanti argomenti specifici del settore
**Le premesse del tuo successo**:
- Almeno un anno di esperienza in una posizione simile in ambito B2B
- Comprovata esperienza di vendita o diversi anni di esperienza professionale nella gastronomia (bar, ristorante, hotel, cucina)
- Abilità nell’utilizzo di MS Office
- Ottime conoscenze di italiano e tedesco/svizzero tedesco, la conoscenza di inglese e francese costituisce titolo preferenziale
- Buone competenze sociali e commerciali
- Buone capacità organizzative, di analisi e reattive, che consentono di prendere rapidamente le giuste decisioni
